Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products like glass pipes and consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Refund
Mail your return to our warehouse; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
